How do these tutoring sessions work?
You can either meet your Spanish tutor via zoom for a one-on-one session to focus on your personal needs or join a small group session via zoom (with other classmates from your Spanish class) based on the needs of the whole group.
Recommendations
Aside from practicing what you learn in class or something else your instructor recommends you for 10 to 15 minutes a day, you may also need to do the following:
Make Latinx friends and ask them to talk to you in Spanish only. If you are a beginner, code switching between your native language and Spanish is the better option for you.
Mingle with the Spanish speaking community as much as you can.
Read bilingual newspapers—your native language + Spanish.
Listen to music in Spanish.
Watch Latin TV shows or TV channels, like Telemundo, Univision, and Universo, etc.
Pricing
One-on-one: $15 per 30 minutes/per student
Group (3 students maximum): $10 per 30min./per student
Payment must be made through PayPal or Venmo at the end of each tutoring class.
