Communicate in Spanish works to support local businesses and organizations from public and private sectors on breaking the language barrier between them and their potential Spanish-speaking customers. It helps them deliver their message in a sensitive and culturally responsive way. Communicate in Spanish was thought of as a starting point for other local businesses and organizations to bring language access to the Spanish-speaking community.
Founder
Eloisa (she/her/ella) is a bicultural and bilingual woman of color. A native Spanish Speaker from México with a degree in English Literature and Spanish from a US university. She is committed to support the Spanish-speaking community who has been historically excluded from language access, resources, and services. Eloisa founded Communicate in Spanish to help remove language barriers because she believes communication is a critical factor to creating mutual understanding.
